Post-Natal Yoga, Banbury; 5th January - 9th February

Classes cannot be carried over or refunded if missed. If classes are cancelled due to my absence an additional class will be credited.  If the class is cancelled due to government restrictions a refund or option to hold your place until restrictions lift will be offered. 

This course will take place in the studio and is suitable for mothers from 6 weeks post natal with Drs sign off (10 weeks if post c-section). Babies are welcome in class up to crawling.
