Terms & Conditions – Hypnobirthing
Booking
A booking is only secured on payment of the minimum deposit which is non-refundable. The teacher reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever.
Participant Cancellation
More than one month before the course starts: The course fee will be repaid, less the deposit.
Less than one month before the course starts: The course fee will be repaid less the deposit if the place on the course can be filled, if not, the course will not be refunded.
During the course: The course fee will not be refunded.
These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made, unless at the discretion of the teacher.
Course Cancellation
The teacher reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid for in full will not be subject to any price increase. If the course is required to move online a refund will not be given.

Terms & Conditions – Yoga and Baby Massage
Booking
Classes are available to book on either a weekly or termly basis. A booking is only confirmed upon payment of the appropriate amount in full.
Participant Cancellation
Once booked, places in class are non-refundable and non-transferrable other than at the teacher’s discretion.
Class Cancelation
The teacher reserves the right to amend or cancel any class, class times, dates or published prices.
If the teacher is required to cancel as much notice as possible will be given, it is important that you provide up to date contact details for this reason.
In the event of teacher cancellation an alternative catch-up class will be offered, or if this is not possible a pro-rata refund of the individual class amount will be offered.

Disclaimer
The Pregnancy Yoga class content is only designed for those in the second and third trimester and only once the 12 week scan has been completed and the participant has been given the all clear to partake in physical activity such as yoga. I understand that it is my responsibility to confirm that this is the case and I am cleared to participate.
Post-natal yoga is designed for those that are 6 week post birth (vaginally) or 10 weeks post birth by caesarean section.
I confirm that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in these yoga classes and I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the classes offered.
Baby Massage is suitable from 4 weeks, but prior to 6 weeks dry massage without oil will be recommended but left at parent’s discretion. Massage over the site of injections should be avoided for 48 hours after immunisations so please bear this in mind when booking as classes will not be refundable for this reason. Seek advice from your GP if any of the following apply: Cancer, Epilepsy, Asthma, Encephalitis, Diabetes, Recent operation, Fever, Skin infection.
